Why Rook GTM

One tool.
Email and WhatsApp.
Done in a day.

Most teams stitch four products to run nurture. We built the one product that replaces them.

Marketing software grew up obsessed with reports. We grew up obsessed with the reply.

Where it came from

The story.

We built Rook GTM because every founder we talked to was running their first hundred customers through a Google Sheet, a copy-pasted Gmail draft, and a personal WhatsApp chat. The CRM came later. The marketing tool came after that. Both arrived with twelve features and seven onboarding tutorials.

What was missing was the small tool that does the loop end to end. Drop a URL, get a product. Drop a list, get leads. Build a sequence. Watch the inbox flip. Stop on reply.

That is Rook GTM.

Principles

What we said yes and no to.

Yes to one workspace, many products

Real teams ship more than one thing. We scope leads per product so you never cross wires.

Yes to channel mix, not channel sprawl

Email and WhatsApp in one sequence. One delay model. One stop signal.

Yes to compliance by default

List-Unsubscribe headers, STOP keyword detection, GDPR export and erase. Not a settings tab. Not optional.

Yes to your own sender

Bring your Gmail app password. Bring your WATI account. Your domain, your reputation.

What we said no to

The features other tools sell hard. We do not.

No drag-and-drop flowcharts. Sequences are linear because most useful sequences are linear.
No A/B test platform. We will add it when reply-rate sample sizes warrant it.
No marketing CRM contact graph. The lead lives where it belongs: under a product.
No vanity dashboards. Reply rate, delivery rate, sent today. That is it.

We built the tool we wanted to use ourselves. Then a few hundred founders used it. Then we kept building.

The honest version

The team

A quick word.

Rook GTM is part of the Rook ecosystem. Same workspace, same sign-in, same design language across products. If you already use Rook Recruit or Rook Dots, GTM will feel familiar in five minutes.

Try the smallest tool that runs the whole loop.
